This is Binary Productions shooting Schedule, with all of our dates, location and actors all in order, so we know who we need for what day and what prop he/she is using at that time.
This is very important information for our group to use, so we can keep organised and on track because if we divert from the schedule, we will mess up our entire filming production.

Props List
This is the prop list for all of the characters in order of use in each scene.
This can be easily mistaken as an easy part of the production process, but in fact it is vital. This list tells me what props different characters need in each scene. This particular list is in prop order for each character.

Chris
These are all of the Props that the character 'Chris' uses in the film short.

Alarm Clock: Typical modern digital alarm clock.
Tray: Average dinner tray.
Spoon: Typical spoon
Cup of tea: Big cup/mug with a milky tea.
Kettle: Typical household kettle.
Sugar Jar: Jar with the words sugar on it, normally comes in a set of three, tea, coffee and sugar.
Poison: Either as a powder or in a small bottle that is a red or blue to show that it doesn't belong.
Spoon: Typical spoon
Cup of tea: Big cup/mug with a milky tea.

Work Papers: Chris is holding a huge stack of papers before he drops them all.
Laptop: average sized laptop which is already in place at the scene.
Pens: Different pen's and pencil's on top of the desk.
Rose: Given to him by his mum, Rose at the end of the film short.

Rose: Rose picks up the flower and pricks herself with it and she dies. Later she picks up the rose doesn't die and hands the rose to Chris.

Location Research
In this post I will be explaining where our filming locations are and the research we did into finding those locations.
Before filming the director needs a clear understanding of the locations that he is using in his/her film, to get the right atmosphere and scenery which makes the film effective, although many different films have staged weather conditions such as hoses to make it rain. Shorts use a small budget and shoot on location instead of a studio and normally use actual nature weather such as rain.
A television show called 'Lost' use the beaches of Hawaii and staged scenes for the majority of the series, because 'Lost' had a huge budget the director could afford to film at expensive locations. This method of filming compared to 'The Blair Witch Project' had a small budget and so was shot on location which was in a forest.
Binary productions decided to film a Josh's house which was perfect because it already contain the necessary props needed and it had Debbie Sweet, Josh's mum, who plays 'rose' in our film, so it is more convenient. In our film we are planning to use an oxygen mask and a large garden containing flowers, unfortunately we can not upload photos due to a technical fault.

Additional Roles Within Binary Productions
In this post I will be explaining what our new group roles are.
This is in order that we know who is responsible for each category, so if someone has forgotten something in a particular area and messes up the film, it is the person in charge of that area who is in trouble and know one else. This is the film process
Tom Fisher
Props Master. Making a props list and distributing the props to the cast when and where they need them in that particular scene.
Shooting Schedule. Listing what each frame contains, how long set up time takes, the location of the film, props needed in that scene and what characters are need in that scene.
Demi Leigh Alcock
Cast List. Creating a list which tells us who is playing which character.
Costume Research. Creating a costume list and providing research to why that character is wearing that particular piece of clothing and what sort of people typically wear that style of clothing.
Josh Clarke
Animatic. A moving slide showing depicting the different characters, shots and sound that would happen the the filming of the film short.
Location Research. Creating a important piece of location that we as a group can look at and know where we need to shoot our film at and what the advantages and disadvantages of filming their so we can focus on the positives.

Ident Research. Researching what an indent is and how useful it is in our film and what other film companies use them. Also creating an Ident which we can use our film-short.
Equipment List. Making a list for what equipment we need on our filming day such as the camera, tripod, tracking dolly etc.

This is Binary Productions Storyboard available for all to see what you have to include in a storyboard and how the film should look on screen, so we know if we are on track.
